We grow all of our culinary herbs at our Pennsylvania organic farm.  All of our herbs are hand-harvested at the peak of flavor.  We dry them quickly and only crush them enough to remove the stems.  This process retains as much of the plant oils as possible, giving them delicious flavor.

These herbs are as close to fresh as you can get!  And, a little goes a long way.  (Way further than mass-produced herbs from overseas.)
